XDSWebTTS - Web Text-To-Speech

XDSWebTTS enables Text-to-Speech both online and offline for web edition applications! The control attempts to load the native speech synthesizer found on a user's system when they visit your page. If no synthesizer is found, the control will attempt to load the Chrome synthesizer (if Chrome is installed), or alternatively, will load the Crome synthesizer from online, giving the user access to text-to-speech features within your application.
